Very good tax program

Some forms are misnumbered in Turbotax, compared to the forms I have. Trying to autodownload info did not work, I tried with 2 different banks listed in your display. State tax did not download, error message said it couldn't, so I uninstalled and reinstalled Turbotax, and it worked then.

Great Program

This product continues to be a top notch product each and every year. The only issue I have from one year to the next are the fees for audit defense and filing state. I think these fees should be less expensive and part of the cost of the program. Entering credit card information numerous times I don't think is conducive to good internet security.

Turbo Tax Is Mediocre

There always seem to be an issue installing on my laptop. Program is slow to load when using. EVERY YEAR the program WILL NOT load my personal and employment info year to year! Do not like hard stops on registration and giving review. Do not like agreeing for further involvement concerning this review!
