Love Turbo Tax

I am 88 yrs old and recently widowed. I was worried that I would not be able to understand what I should do since I always filed with my spouse. Turbo Tax walked me through the entire process effortlessly. Thank you Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax Customer Support Help

I had a problem with the filing of my state taxes due to a change it documents originating from my state tax department. I called for TurboTax support, got a person within five minutes on hold. He (John, I believe) was very helpful in troubleshooting the issue but needed to refer it to a programmer. The correction was made within 24 hours and II was notified by e-mail and instructed to refile. Corrected and done! Amazing support. I have used TurboTax for many years and first time I used customer support. I can't imagine using any other way of doing my taxes each year.
