THIS IS THE LAST YEAR I WILL BE FILING TAXES. WE HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BONUS OF HAVING LIVE AGENTS IS THE DECIDING FACTOR.

Get taxes done quick and fast. If I have any questions, there is always a Help/Question pop up that explains any questions or inquiries relating to that aspect. If you still need help, there is a submit a questions and one will get an answer very fast. Quick and Easy.

Has glitches that caused major redoing and delays

Just too many hassles this year even more than most. My first return seemed to lock up a lot. For the second return, several times the software just STOPPED (window closed and didn't save any changes) so I had to redo the return 4 times and I had to really play around with it the very last time I got it to work. It was by no mean intuitive how I did get it to work too (could never repeat it if I tried). DKW

I was only going to review the new stuff and look TT over. I transferred last years data and just kept going until i sent the finished file. Just too easy.
