I've used TT for about 10 years and love it. It is easy to go through and they asked there right questions to lead you through all the tax forms

Unfortunately, several state forms were not approved for filing in NC delaying our ability to complete the filing process when we filed our federal taxes

i almost gave turbo tax a perfect 5 stars, except the company promotes FREE to grab new customers in, but once your almost complete with the tax questions, they hit you with couple fees. i just feel they need to alert that.

All the defaults are to upgrade or purchase "audit protection" or some such. Very trashy way of presenting their product.
