TurboTax is not as advertised

Turbotax makes it very simple to submit returns. However, I bought the deluxe version which included a state return yet I had to pay for the state return. This has happened in the last 3 years.

Turbox Tax is the best!

It is very user friendly. It simplifies tax filing to common people. You do not need to be tax expert to file taxes. The desktop app is little slower than online version but does its job.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Using Turbo Tax makes it simple to complete your taxes. The step by step guide is informative. Just by inputting the required information from your gathered tax forms, your return is completed, checked for errors and sent in to be processed. The Turbo Tax process is quick...as quick as a bunny. *Hardest part is getting your forms to print!
