Turbo Tax has really become difficult to use

The biggest issue I have had the last 2 years is being able to download the program to my computer. It would not allow me to enter the code from the box. I had to get a computer guru in my family help me. It took him along time to get it to work. Then when I am entering my payment for the state filing fee. When I try to go to it it made me change the resolution size. This year not only did it make me do that I had to change the resolution size for every line I put in and had to put them in blind and hope when I changed the resolution it was correct. I have been using turbo tax for over 20 years and never had so much issues as the last 2 years. I have considered looking to go to somewhere to have my taxes done. I'm very sad about that.

overall experience excellent only 1 problem 1040sr put incorrect amount for charitable contributions (300 instead of 600)

Turbo Tax 2021 doesn't work
