what I like most about turbo tax is how easy it is to use; i can choose the do-it-myself or the step-by-step and either helps me make sure I catch all my information

Generally the basic tax reporting features works well. The business details and depreciation aspects appear limited and may not be a functional as should be.

Challenges with Download

Never able to run two separate TurboTax products via CDs on the same computer, and downloading either from my Intuit Account using the respective license codes didn't work either. Ended up having to run each product on two separate PCs using the CDs.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

There is a ridiculous level of Suprise fees here. I felt that it was handy, especially since I am a level of procrastinator that is uncomfortable. So for someone that has to file at the last minute it is helpful and I'll pay the money. But spending almost a hundred dollars to get my OWN tax money back is, frustrating.
