turbo tax still needs improving

troubles in e-filing again each year, each year I buy program with the state and again you still charge me for the state.This year the print got very small very hard to work with and this is a almost new Mac,some of the short cuts do not open, its just a note of information.

TurboTax is a very handy tool for taxes. However, I was very disappointed that they didn't allow me to file my taxes electronically after 10/17. Now, I have to mail it.

At almost 40 yrs old, I have never filed my own taxes but this year I was not able to afford my accountant so I turned to TurboTax. I will never pay another person to do what I can do myself! Super easy and fast. Very pleased with the service.

I find Turbotax the easiest to use with confidence that I am catching all the details. It seems easiest for me to navigate.
I just tried efile for the first time and had to have a live expert assist when rejected - so helpful!
