Why does the program I have used for 20 years ask me for information from last year, YOU KNOW IT, WHAT IS THE POINT OF USING A PROGRAM YEAR AFTER YEAR IF IT WON'T AUTOMATICALLY PULL INFORMATOIN FROM LAST YEAR!!!! It won't send certain 1099's to states but doesn't print out a form to send them in so you have to wait for the letter form the state. Why do lifelong customers get the worst price? Don't you think someone that renews year after year, will use let customer service and be loyal. IF THERE WAS ANY OTHER VIABLE OPTOIN I WOULD USE IT.

Messes up on my dual monitor system

My laptop monitor is set to 200% scaling. My standalone monitor is set to 100% scaling. When I try and use TurboTax on the standalone monitor by moving the window to it, everything is twice as big as it should be. I don't think TurboTax is adjusting to the standalone monitor's 100% scaling. Oddly, some pages are adjusting properly but most do not.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

turbo tax wouldn't load

The program wouldn't load properly on my windows 10 machine in time to file. so i didn't file in time. finally I tried again and it loaded from online not the disc. hope all is well.
