Keeps my things from year to year

I've used this product since it came out...way in the dark ages of floppy disks. Still great.
I especially like the way it keeps all my carry-overs straight.
I suppose I should offer some suggestions. It is kind of a paper hog when it prints out. Be sure to cancel the second printing of your federal return when you print the state return for your records.
As I work my way thru the questions, often having to back track to check and review, the program asks me the same questions every time. I wish it had a DWITU function--Do What I Told You--so that I could move a little faster.
Also, about the Charities. I don't give to the same ones every year, but the same ones keep coming up a few years apart. I have to reenter all the info unless I give every year...yes, I'm vaguely suspicious y'all worked with out with the charities. Anyway, it would be nice to have a "Yes, No, Maybe Next Year" choice so that they don't get erased.
Summarizing...my gripes are immaterial.

It has been super user friendly for the many years i have used it. it was easier for me to use Turbo Tax and taking the completed forms to my accounting firm for finalizing and filing.

Interface very easy to understand. Comprehensive coverage of both income and deductions. Seemed to have anticipated my questions! I like the feature where the software tells you ahead of time what you will need to complete that section!
