Turbo Tax call support is the best

Had issues with downloading. Called. Dorothy worked with me for 42 minutes. Absolutely awesome. I had to call back later (I did not get the ladies name) but she was wonderful, as well.

I really love how Turbo tax takes you thru every step. I used to do my taxes manually (I'm a CPA!) but it's gotten so complex it makes using a product like this mandatory.

I'm done. I've used Turbo Tax for the last three years and it always fails to give me the tables I need to properly fill out the forms once it finds errors. (Errors because it left out forms it said it would come back to later. I get contacted by the IRS demanding those forms later and I have no idea what they're talking about. I'm going back to a CPA next year.
