Have been using TurboTax since it first came out. The private keeps improving every year with more features being added. Given the complexity of the IRS code, I am amazed that TurboTax is able to cover every aspect and help you maximize your tax savings.

It was easy and organized to file using Turbo Tax. The system gave me a walkthrough on all items to maximize refund. The help (?) was helpful and informative too. Overall experience processing tax returns is excellent.

Error Message displayed and couldnt get by it

Usually I have a good experience. This time ran into error message on the state license entry that SC requires. I kept getting, "Check the date. It is in the future." message and it should have let me put the date in. Then there is no place to send a message to support to let them know. Very frustrated that this has not been fixed at this point being the last day to file for extensions.
