Program does the job, but needs some serious help.

Not a super intuitive product, although with the right resources (internet digging and such) will accomplish the task. Asks a tremendous amount of redundant questions, whereas it could self populate. Also, has trouble going back to where you were, should you have to side-track.

Correcting return is ominous
