Not very good at all

There were a number of adjustments I had to make outside of the software because the software would not properly handle the credit for the PTET in California. Also, I was charged to e-file a state even though after I paid I was told that I wasn't eligible for e-file.

Turbo Tax: A great product with fantastic support

I made a mistake while filing my taxes through Turbo Tax. I had to call customer support multiple times. They took the time to help me successfully file my taxes. Turbo Tax is a great produce with fantastic support staff!

TurboTax has helped me do my taxes for some 27 years and I absolutely love this product. TurboTax walks you through all aspects of taxes while holding your hand if needed.

I really liked the way TurboTax took me through every category of income and expenses. While I would have gotten through the entire tax prep system on my own, I strongly prefer the way TurboTax FORCES me to look at every deduction! I know I saved money using TurboTax.

Been using Turbo Tax at least 20 years and it never disappoints. Their popoup notes are helpful when you need more help understanding a topic. The ease of importing most of last years info is so handy. Plan on using for the foreseeable future.
