I thought I had filed my taxes in September. It wasn't until I went to check on status that it became clear that neither the state or the Fed had been filed because I didn't pay the extra for the "free one state" filing.

I spoke with Shay today about Turbo Taxes' check for errors feature. Though I have documented form for the entries, Turbo Tax will not let me proceed to efile. Shay was wonderful on the phone trying to help with this and was not able to get past this feature. I chose to change my filing option to mail. The choice was NOT an issue with Shay it's the product.

Difficult to use

It would have helped if you indicated I need to use the same pin #s as the prior year. My e-file was rejected. I received an e-mail from you stating I need to fix it. However I can't find where to go to fix it. Its very hard to navigate this program. Also when I go in to view the tax forms I can't get back to the area where you enter the data. Why do you have payments made with an extension on a completely different place than the regular estimated payments. You direct someone where that is to avoid hours of looking for it.
