Turbo Tax let me down !1

I have used TurboTax for over 15 years or so. This is the first year I have been disappointed by the issues i ran into. Firstly, you locked me out of 2020, tax program Same with 2019 and 2018 even though I purchased them in good faith. After many wasted hours someone did provide me with the authorization code that enabled me to access the files. Secondly, this is the first time that I downloaded a second state for which I paid $45. Imagine my surprise when i was ready to e-file, that there was an additional $45 CHARGE. I wound up just mailing it instead. Thirdly, the program did not review the NY State return. It only let me know that my son was not eligible for a college credit.
AND LASTLY, THE IRS REJECTED MY RETURN, AS DID NY STATE BECAUSE THE AGI PROVIDED DID NOT AGREE. THIS DISPITE THE FACT THAT THE NUMBER WAS DOUBLE CHECKED. I'M NOT SURE IF THE PROGRAM JUST CARRIED IT FORWARD. IN ANY EVENT, FOLLOWING THE PROMPTS I WAS ABLE TO SECURE A COPY OF MY RETURN FROM THE IRS. GUESS WHAT? THEIR NUMBERS AGREED WITH WHAT WE SUPPIED. WHAT TO DO? LEFT WITH NO CHOICE I HAD
TO MAIL BOTH RETURNS!!!!
All in all, not a pleasant experience, and one that may prompt me to use a different tax program next year. Such a pity.

Disappointed with Turbo Tax 2021 e-file

Have been using TurboTax since 2018 with no problems. 2021 was different. The program ran perfectly. The problem was with e-filing. No matter what I tried, EVERY TIME I received an error message with instructions to download an available update. When doing so, it would tell me my software was up-to-date. I followed the online transmission error instructions but still had no success. After numerous attempts to transmit, I finally gave up and I'm mailing my returns. I already paid the $25 to e-file my state tax and am not sure how to get a refund. Not happy with the 2021 online service.

1099-NEC info is Obtuse, Vague & Virtually Non-Existant: Didn't Tell Me If I Need to Staple to Front of 1040, just like a 2-2, or Not? Also, if I DID, OR DID NOT, neec a Schedule C ?? VERY CONFUSING & UTTERLY FRUSTRATING!
