I have been using Turbotax as my personal Tax Filer since the late 1990's, and find it is quite adequate for my needs. These days, my taxes are simpler than they used to be, but I still rely on TT

Problem with your State Return patch in Arizona

I received instruction that the state return was rejected due to a software problem that would be corrected and I could re-file. I have no way of knowing if action is needed on my part because the promised date has passed and it doesn't indicate if corrections were made or not.

Been using TTAX since at least 1994. This is the first year I struggle to complete my return. The questions are not clear; the flow is not as easy as it used to be; and above all, when I filed for an extension, it didn't go through, resulting in my request being denied and about $450 penalty and interest.

I have used Turbo Tax for my husband and I for at least 20 years and they have always
been correct in every way. Even complicated returns can be successfully completed and thoroughly check by Turbo Tax. I would never use any other system.
