Easy to File Complicated Return with an Extension

The title pretty much says it all. It included three state returns and Limited Partnership K-1s.

Needs Work to Improve

May be okay for a basic 1040 filing but fails consistently to perform for income reported on K1. Requires too much tax accounting knowledge of user.

Unable to complete filing by mail

After several failures to file electronically I have attempted to file by mail repeatedly and found that the software would not let me proceed without completing this product rating. After filling out the form, the nickname that I chose was rejected because it had already been taken, which I think is an unreasonable requirement given the number of users there must be using TurboTax. The whole process has been very frustrating after having successfully used TurboTax successfully for many years.
