Turbo Tax is essential

I've used TurboTax for several years, and saved THOUSANDS in tax preparation fees every year. I have 4 LLCs including rental property ownership and my personal return.
My last year's return is automatically copied by TurboTax then the interview process updates most of the fields, and last I double-check the forms.
The internal tax help answers most questions, and I can also use the IRS site for specific instructions.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Very user friendly. I had help from a live expert who was very patient and kind. He even did a screen share to help me set up a 2 year old tax form. Gave me very good tips going forward.

changing data prior to filing

I feel ripped off by the "green dot" Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC. I changed my mind about using them but am unable to revise the form. Made it seem as though the efiling was still available for 2020 and the option to use this service was endorsed by Turbo tax. Anyway, I wanted to change my mind, not use them but when I tried to do so, the option was not available. Not happy.

Much worse than when I last used it

I last used TurboTax in approximately 2013. At that time, it was very easy to navigate to individual forms. Now it seems impossible.
