TurboTax gets harder to use every year!

I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years. It gets less user friendly every year. Some examples: you used to be able to jump back and forth from the step by step method to the form where the information was entered--not any more; finding some of the important documents, like filing for an extension, takes forever. And of course, it costs more and you get less every year!

I Have Been Using Turbo Tax for Years

I have used Turbo Tax for more than 10 years. Turbo tax has never failed me, and I do 5 to 7 returns each year. I just don't know how to improve it as it is great!

filing taxes for prvious years

First thing i would suggest is to file your taxes on time lol. Also if you need to file taxes for any previous years make sure you using a computer that is compatable with the downloaded software that you get. No tablet/pads. Other than these things it was pretty straightforward.

Taxes rejected

I filed fed and state taxes which were rejected. The issue related to forms 1095-A and Advanced Child Tax Credit. I had the forms but when I tried to go back to enter the data I had a tough time in finding the place to enter the information. I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and find that if I'm trying to get to a particular spot in the return I hunt and peck through the categories. TURBO TAX please provide a hot button to find particular parts of the return when entering a form number or common return issue from the IRS
