I've used TT for over 15 years. Very easy input and instructions. Sometimes it forgets to ask about sales tax, which is more important in Florida, because we don't have an income tax.

Turbo tax itself was great. Paying my state fee for e-filing was a pain in the neck. I wanted to pay with a credit card and it took me to a different screen. I was suppose to sign into my account, it told me that my e-mail didn't exist, so I tried to open a new account and they told my that the e-mail I put in was already in use and needed to use a different e-mail. I tried to recover my account and it sent the verification code to an e-mail that wasn't mine. There was no way to get into my account to pay for e filing so I had to print and mail it.

Turbo Tax is incredibly user friendly
