This year, I filed for an extension and made a partial payment by tax day, with the rest later. Turbo Tax got me through this with no problems

Turbo Tax always makes it easy

Turbo tax is great about walking you through everything you need to file yAlso, there was a question about stimulus that confused me and would never let me go back to the starter screen to adjust my reply. However, I have been using Turbo Tax for almost 30 years and overall they are the easiest way to do my own taxes.

Over charged, to the tune of $65.00, won't use!

AGI was rejected twice, I know what I made! After speaking with Turbo Tax, was told to enter AGI as 0. So far, it has been accepted ... we'll see?

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I just follow the instruction and if I don't understand, it will have a section called "learned more"

I file with Turbo Tax for the last few years and I kept getting error messages after e-filing. I paid 25 dollars and the e-file was rejected. I never received an refund yet.

TurboTax is a good product

Computing my tax return was easy, thorough, and flexible. Until I got to the filing section of the software, which turned out to be difficult with more than one dead end. I got the impression that the code has not been tested for all possible situations.
