The program itself is constantly lagging and not responding to regular inputs. The software also could learn to connect some of the boxes that are equivalent. For some reason, it does this to some accounts but not all.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. In the beginning it was fairly easy to use but the last few years has been more difficult and confusing. The last two years I thought I had successfully submitted my taxes only to find out they did not go through. I would have appreciated a notice of this as it would have saved me a lot of money on late fees.
