Using Turbo Tax is user friendly, easy to follow and understand.
If there was a Turbo Tax designed for those whose only income is on Form SSA-1099 it would be a simple form which would be faster to file.

As a former accountant, I have been a Turbo Tax customer for many years now. My returns are not simple, but Turbo Tax makes the process understandable and easy. I can be confident that their forms include the latest IRS mandates and credits.

Turbo Tax Did NOT provide a free state filing

I have used Turbo Tax for 20+ years. I usually do taxes for a few friends for free. I only did two taxes this year, but I never received the one free state filing. I was charged $25 both times I filed...very disappointed in Turbo Tax.

Awful Got my refund, but no record of the return

I was notified by RI that the RI return and 1099-R do not match. You reported in Feb 22 that the returns were accepted by the US and RI, but in trying to print out my 2021 return you said I had not completed my filing. I could not find the return which I thought I had saved, so I tried to find it on the TurboTax site...it was not there. I was able to edit the return and send an amended return.
