I feel very confident in using the Turbo Tax. The Step-by-Step process is so easy to follow and gives you so much more detail each year to help the Individuals process their taxes. I feel good know this is a very secured system to protect individuals privacy.

TurboTax explains most questions!

It seems there is much more information required than in years past. I thought I was ready to file, but found out I needed Letter 6419 or 6475!! I had not received any of these Letters, so I spent most of 2 days, trying to enter info on ID.me to acquire them!!
