We submitted our filings back in April, before the deadline, we thought everything was done but then we found an email saying they had been rejected, this e-mail was in the middle of a lot of other unrelated e-mails so we missed it when you sent it.
Our suggestion is that you send 2 or 3 reminders when filings are rejected because in day and age there are too many emails received everyday.

They have made some improvements to catch updates prior to transmission. Unlike last year, no upgrades prior to transmission. Owed taxes that expected to receive.

We file our taxes with Turbo Tax every year. This year wee had to do and amendment and had no idea what to do. Turbo Tax walked us step by step making it such an easy process.

Why can't you fix your program glitches?

Fix your program so it loads properly in Windows 10. Took me over 2 hours and many visits to the support forum to load the program successfully. ALSO, for the third consecutive year, a gltch in the Prescription line of the Medical Expense Worksheet shows figure as estimated regardless of what the user does. Had to delete this worksheet in order to e-file successfully
