I have been a loyal customer since 1986. Turbo Tax Deluxe is the best choice for me.
The software guides me through income and expenses smoothly and the reminders and safety checks help me file my taxes on time and without errors.

It left my federal refund off of my state return

I filed my stand and federal returns as soon as I could. When I finally got my state refund, I also got a letter telling me that my state return didn't include the amount of the previous year's federal refund. When I launched TurboTax, the refund amount didn't match what was originally calculated, but did match what the state showed. The worst part is that TurboTax never told me it detected a change when it recomputed a lower value.

Couldn't revisit the married/single deduction help listing the $ amounts for each option which popped up automatically while initially filling out form.
