After dealing with identity theft for several years, I was finally clear to file back taxes, and do so confidently. TurboTax made this opportunity possible. I was able to file all of the previous years applicable for my tax refunds. Thank you TurboTax!

Turbotax Needs Help

I have never had so much trouble using Turbo Tax in all 36 years that I have been using it! Trying to download records to finding answers of how the calculations where done. Going back to find answers was impossible. Downloading from Morgan Stanley never did work, and it wasn't Morgan Stanley's fault.

After our normal yearly collection of data, feeding it all into TurboTax, with the helpful reviews of last year's data, and my knowledge of taxes to know what's done for me, I have just completed another round of clean Federal and State Tax filings.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is Great

I needed to file an amended Federal and State tax returns for the current year due to receiving one Form 1098 after i had filed my original returns. Since I had used Turbo Tax to prepare and file my original returns Turbo Tax walked me through the steps I needed to do and was done within 30 minutes. Very fast and very easy.
