First Time User... I feel like an EXPERT!

This was easy to understand and complete. It was nice that this program provided useful tips and there was additional information available when I needed it. This was a good experience for me that I was able encourage two other family members to file with turbotax for 2021. Thanks!

IT APPEARS TO BE VERY THOROUGH. BUT JUST BECAUSE I HAVE A COUPLE OF ROYALTY INTEREST OR GAMBLING WINNINGS, I CAN'T FILE FREE. THAT SUCKS!

Turbo Tax was very intuitive before this year, but have used prior versions, as well as other tax software, and I think they have improved each year with ease of use and good online information. I have not had to engage any of their online Tax Experts yet, and that is just a testiment on how easy the software is to use. I trust it immensely.

turbo tax charged for electronic

I was charged for electronic send for both Federal and State, yet I was unable to send and had to review to send by mail. Mail option was given, yet charged electronic send, without refund.

Why is it so slow to open and why update each time it opens even after returns are filed?
The explanations and any help print are next to impossible to read so I waste a lot of paper printing out material just so that I can read what it says.
I also purchased the state e-file return only to have my federal return rejected so I had to mail both returns so I would like the state purchase refunded. I have also had this happen before several times so next year I will at least know not to pay for it before I file my federal return.
