Could not efile my Virginia State Taxes

To efile my Virginia State, I needed to pay $25.00 processing fee. However the TurboTax payment process made that impossible because the payment page overfilled the computer screen. I filled out the required personal and credit information, but could not see or access the submit button and could not complete the payment. ANGRY about having to submit the filing by POSTAL MAIL!

Had to Pay IRS

Turbo Tax said I should have received the third stimulus check from the government between March '21 - May '21. I expanded the search on my bank statement by a few months and didn't find the deposit so claimed the credit. The IRS said I owed them Money because they paid me. Sure enough, when I searched the whole year, I did see the payment in August.

You no longer provide the service you once did. The info from last year was not carried forward this year. I won't be using turbo tax next year.
