iT TOOK ME A HALF HOUR TO PAY

1. tried to pay for state e-file, took 5 times. I kept changing my password, entered verification codes got logged in and had to start again.
2. turbotax entered a rebate credit on last years return, IRS said no which held up my refund for months. This year same thing happened. I had to go to the form and change the information. Both times turbotax entered the inormation but did not ask me.

Turbo Tax Deluxe Make filing so EASY!

I always use Turbo Tax Deluxe because it's so easy and error free. I get reminders at year end so I know when it's ready to download. Intuit keeps all forms up to date while using the product. Using Q&A process, it covers all of my financial situations.

More Complicated

Had to redo taxes 3 times to get everything right. kept getting a form I'd never seen before when doing my taxes. I believe it was an 8022 form that I shouldn't have gotten. it was for child credits. I file single. very confusing, it wouldn't allow me to get passed it, sent msg to TurboTax people, they advised me to put a 0 in that field that was requiring a number, thats
what I did to be able to file. just hope it don't come back on me.

All was well until the end.
Never have I got the message about my State tax forms not being ready to save as a .pdf.
I get the message "Your [State] return(s) is currently unavailable to view, print, or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet". What is this? Then when I ask to be notified once ready, the site gives me an error. I did not appreciate or like this at all. Please change this back so the forms will be ready once completed. It finalized my multiple federal forms just fine. I guess because I E-filed those and chose to print my state. Humm...quite suspicious.
