Turbo Tax is very slow to load

Turbo Tax is a good program to do taxes, just wish that there was an option to skip updates when I open the program. Don't always need updates, (taxes were filed just needed to print), quite bothersome

Not Too Happy

Not very happy. Have used TurboTax for years and understand how to use it. I filed my return well before 4/15 and set up a payment date of 4/15. I got charged the filing fee for the state return. For some reason it did not get sent. I had to refile it and now I am late. Not acceptable. Probably going to trey another tax prep software next year.

Turbotax a well put together product

I have used TurboTax for over five years. I have yet to have any issues with the software in filing my federal and state taxes. I never have been audited either. I recommend this product.
