Turbo Tax has too many redundant features.

After a catastrophic wiping out of last year's return and its AIG, I was not able to file. Weeks went by, and in spite of being a Turbo Tax user for years, I was not able to get the AIG figures needed to file this year's income tax. And, my full refund was not made available, and no reason for an excessive deduction by Turbo Tax took place.

FILLING IN THE WORKSHEETS IS CONFUSING AND CUMBERSOME AND LIKE LOT NECESSARY. TOO MUCH TIME SPENT CHECKING QUESTIONABLE ERRORS OR FILL-INS NOT ON ORIGINAL DATA COLLECTION AND FORM FILLING.

More Roth IRA and filing status suggestions needed

I needed to complete two sets of returns to decide whether to file married joint or separate.
I also needed to test for allowable Roth IRA limits instead of having this number provided. Both of these should be provided by TurboTax.

I have used TurboTax since 2003 It has always been my favorite goto. This year not so much. I had trouble reading important text. Medium gray on black was almost impossible to read. Much more complicated than ever before. Then I got the email regarding my charges for my state return. I was wondering why No email for my Federal return on 4/14/22, but read online that you were backlogged. I was getting ready today to check with the IRS and went to TurboTax to find a number. When I got there a message showing a return was not filed for federal or state. Now I never want to do TurboTax again. I had pc and printer problems which I fixed today. I have had the pdf file and that was how I was able to make this contact.
