TurboTax is Horrible

TurboTax does not support the condition where spouses file different states but they file Jointly for Federal. I have to re-enter my information and then I can't E-File the state since my married filing separately Federal return does not get submitted. I hate this program!

Turbo Tax PC download is horrible

PC Download version kept freezing up. Required multiple hard resets. Would not let me purchase state nor let me e-file.

I thought I had filed 2 weeks ago

I kept checking for the debit on my account and since it was not debited on the 18th as expected, I came back into TURBO TAX to see the status and it was that it was not filed. It turns out there was a step that I wasn't able to do to pay the $25 for the State filing and therefore, the Federal did not get filed. There should have been a warning that the Federal did not get filed when the state didn't get filed because of the $25 fee to file. The program kept kicking me out when I was trying to pay that fee.
