I have used Turbo Tax for many years to file my Federal and State Returns - its pretty easy to use, but this year the "walk me through" for my State return was a little confusing - I had to look at the state return instructions to get clarifications (plus I looked at all the Turbo Tax State Tax Return working forms.

This Year a little Glich

Pretty much had no issue with the software, input all my information and seemed to go well. But after paying for the state ($20), had an issue where the software would not send out either Fed or State returns (?). Contacted Turbotax support group (Angelo) and hw agreed there was some issue where the payment was received, but not sent. Angelo provided a ID # to me after that all indications the returns were sent. (He corrected the problem, Thanks to Angelo).
