TurboxTax another year and running!

For the tenth year in a row and counting, we have used TurboTax to file electronically with ease and confidence. The plethora of questions that they asked covers all situations you might be involved in. It is thorough, easy to understand and even has help, if needed.

This program works

This program takes a long time to go through and I always end up wondering if a live person, tax accountant, would be able to advise me to file a different way to get a better return. In the end, you save about $300 in doing it yourself, but its a pain to do it, year after year. Additionally with the recent political swing, it seems the middle class is less favored and pays even more in taxes than before. I am so disappointed that there is not more tax relief when it is most needed to keep our economy running.

I went on a trip for a month, I started my taxes befor I left to the east coast, without a flight date back. Ended staying longer, I arrived to CA by Saturday night, worked on my taxes on Sunday morning and left to complet after Easter gathering with family. 2021 was a difficult year for taxes too, not as ussual. I finished about deadline date early AM, received a rejected message from Federal and California, first time on my life ussing Turbo Tax. Error was related with the AGI for 2020, By 8:00am I contact TurboTax customer service and I got an agent about 10 minutes wait. She was able to see my screen and went over together, suggested to put Zero instead and refilled. I did it and taxes were accepted. Great experiece with Ernestine.

I have filed my taxes with TurboTax for about 10 years and have always been happy with the program. This year there was a major mistake that did not input my federal taxes that had been withheld. I was told I need to pay an additional $4300. I reviewed over and over, trying to find the mistake, and finally found where I could enter that information myself. As a result, I will get a $3400 refund. That mistake caused me to file one day late.

Very accurate and consistent

Turbotax has a lot of great features like importing specific data from a W2, last year's tax data, and data from 1098 and 1099 forms. Turbotax has maximized our deductions and refunds. Turbotax presents a few difficulties with presenting certain questions, as does other tax software, which is a byproduct of complicated tax laws and not the software. Turbotax could be a better product if it provides more details in its help interface, otherwise, it is all good so far (not having been audited for taxes prepared and filed with Turbotax. Knock-Wood.

There are so many things to consider when you begin working on your taxes. Whether you visit the program on more than one occasion, or you dive in at the last minute, Turbo Tax will be ready to help you finish up everything necessary for you to submit an acceptable return!

YOUR EILE DOES NOT WORK WITH THE IRS. SAMETHING HAPPENED LAST YEAR. PROBLEM WITH THE AGI. ALSO ERRORS WITH CHILD CREDIT
