I was expecting more guidance and more broad selection of recently asked questions. Simple things like deadlines, fees and tax brackets are not easily found or available. For a self-service program, it is not intuitive.

TurboTax prompted for account & routing # too many

When you e-file, TurboTax prompted for bank account & routing number too many times. You have to entered it two times for Federal e-file, then when e-filing the state return, TurboTax prompted you for the bank account & routing number again (for the third times). Why so many times? Why can't TurboTax save that info from the Fed return?

DID THE 2021 TAX RETURN ON THE LAST DAY OF FILING AND I WAS ABLE TO FINISH IT IN 3 HOURS. EASY TO USE WITH AMAZING PROMPT.

Good, but could be better

The final filing process took too long. Too many extra validation steps - like having to re-enter bank account data, then pay for filing added too much time. I got a text validation when resetting my password, but then was asked for an email, which delayed my filing.
