Difficult to enter railroad retirement forms. I think I paid twice. once for iPad and once for MacBook pretty certain one contained STATE filing, but had to pay again.

Probably, the best tax preparation software!

The ease to which average individuals can complete relatively complex tax documents and forms without knowledge of tax preparation is highly commendable. I have used Turbo Tax every year from 2007 to present. When I ask IRS employees, that I know, about the tax preparation software they recommend, without fail, it is consistently Turbo Tax.

Tax software lobbies for the US goverment not to have the IRS handle out tax returns. That way they can keep charging for the software. Google it.

Had return rejected because TurboTax did not include instructions to use an original return (not an amended return) when documenting AGI for IRS security. It only mentioned this AFTER my return was rejected and had to be corrected for refiling. Also, the Georgia state return is poorly explained, especially for Part Year Residents. It actually took longer to complete the Georgia state return than the Federal return. This is totally unacceptable.
