Disappointed in CD Version

I have been using a CD version of Turbo Tax for years and I always saved my returns on a flash drive and on my computer. This year I purchased a Download and was disappointed. The program did not transfer my returns from last year from my devices (tried both) so I had to manually enter the data. Also, the download in my opinion is not as user friendly as

Turbo Tax is Great...Most of Times

There seems to be certain items (i.e. HSA 1099-SA) where after entry appears, it becomes very hard to access to delete or modify that entry. When I clicked on the "EDIT" button, it doesn't actually "edit" the entry, I had to use some indirect way to get to the entry to do anything with it. Very annoying.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I have to type in account information for federal and state payments - even if i use the same account.
And the to send the state form, I have to re-enter address info you already have - and you don't use any of the usual credit card security systems.

Year after year, TurboTax is the best!

My kids and I have used TurboTax for many years, and from the first time I used it, I knew I would never use any other program or method to file my/our taxes with. So thorough and easy to use. Catches every mistake you might have made. Have FULL confidence in TurboTax. Takes the headaches out of filing taxes, for which I couldn't be more thankful. Keep up the excellent work!
