I have used Turbo Tax for several years to file my personal taxes and have found the program to be easy to use - they walk you through each step. If you have your documents ready, it's a piece of cake!

Turbo Tax support is poor.

Receive 2021 tax returns for IRS and AZ state rejected, and it appears it is in the E-File process. During the process of completing the requirements for E-filing; I found 2 different 2020 AGI numbers. I attempted to follow the Turbo Tax directions of going to your online account and find my 2020 returns and the AGI. Turbo Tax directions were terrible, did not assist in my finding my 2020 returns on you website, nor a correct AGI.

I was not warned that I could not e-file.

I filled out the whole process and paid the $77 fee just to be told at the end that I could not e-file past the deadline for my 2019 returns. The system then sent me back to the beginning and I had to re-enter my info with the system again trying to convince me to e-file again in the tooltips.
