turbo tax is amazing and very helpful

I had entered some wrong information and turbo tax emailed me right away with helpful information. I was able to correct the problem and re-file.

Something seems to have been lost this year....

My bank information (for payments/refunds) was not carried forward.
I had forms that made no sense included in my return, and only found them because there were entries missing (that Turbotax never asked information for), like rental property income (I never said I had any) and questions about children that I don't have (I had to delete that form -- Turbotax checked afterwards and didn't seem to be missing it).

I have been using Turbo Tax to do my families taxes for going on 30 years. It has even made the many tax law changes over the years easy to understand. My eldest son and daughter did their own taxes this year. They both used Turbo Tax.
