more bugs than ever

Multiple times I had to enter information that should have imported, eg: my drivers license was entered for my state return. I had to enter it and my wife's a second time to e-file.
Additionally, running the audit check, an error was found pertaining to child tax credits. I went back through everything I entered looking for where Turbotax thought that I had children. I couldn't find it, it showed under personal information that I had no dependents. In the end, I entered 0 for child tax advances just so I could finally be done with the ordeal!

Can't file for extension online

There are several free ways to file for extension online, so one would expect that software you paid $60 would at least do that. But no. I go through the menus, get it all ready and the only option at the end is to PRINT and go to post office to mail. This is 2022!!!! Helllo?!!?!?
Oh, and you can't download data/forms from Chase Brokerage anymore when using desktop version. Supposedly it works with the online Turbotax. Jeez!

Difficulty paying for State efiling

This is the second year in a row that I was unable to initially get a Visa payment processed. After I shared my computer screen with one of your reps, I was able to finally get to the proper screens to process a payment. Please fix this for next year.
