I have used TurboTax for many years. It's very easy and saves me from having to go to an accountant to get my taxes filed.

Always fast and easy to use. You can't beat it for the price. Just as good as a tax prep service and a lot cheaper. I've never had an issue with TurboTax

I keep getting error regarding last year's AGI which was imported from Turbotax. Even started a new return from scratch so amount would port over. Same error. Personal Pin did not change and ported overs from last year. So frustrating I can't e-file successfully!
