Difficult

Many sections are easy to use; however, I tried to REVISIT several parts but the section would not open. I tried to E-File both Fed and State. Of course, I had to pay for the State. Unfortunately, the Fed rejected which caused the State to reject. When refiling, I would have to pay $25 AGAIN to file state. Turbo Tax should advise you to file Fed first and make sure it doesn't reject before trying to E-File State. My return has not been processed yet from last year even though I filed it in April 2020. Turbo Tax didn't give any instructions about how to handle the AGI for last year's return when it hasn't been processed which caused Fed to reject. I needed to input $0. UGH!!!

Store Bought Version

The store bought version was not as easy as the online version, making it take much longer to complete our taxes. It did not import information from previous years like the online version.
