Turbotax still does the job, but the questionnaire is harder to navigate. Errors took a half hour to resolve because you can't tell where the errors are in the questionaire.

I just think this is slow and so-o-o-o many updates and saves. Hate being nickeled and dimed.
Hate that INTUIT gets my data which feels very slimy.

Turbo Tax made it easy

I had to use the desktop version in order to use a couple of forms that the on-line version didn't offer. But I found the desktop version to be very clear and helpful, and I had all the forms I needed.

I have used TurboTax for 14 years. It is so easy - I always choose the deluxe version and maximize my deductions - all the right questions show up at the right time and make the experience simpler by not having to go back and revisit items that you missed - unless you choose to skip them for some reason and then if you do, it is easy to go back later.
