Deluxe?!

Initially, I was very pleased with Turbo Tax and the thoroughness of the questions. Where my opinion was downgraded was with the costs for state returns. Customer service was pleasant and helpful but, the hidden costs for filing state returns will be a factor in deciding to use Turbo Tax again. Paying premium for the Deluxe, then paying again for each state filing, it seemed that "Deluxe" was misleading and didn't deliver as promised/expected.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

I'd like some indication that you care that I had to mail in my returns and those of my elderly parents. This cost us over 20 in certified mail costs.
