I have used TT for many years, but this year there seemed to be lots of difference and lots of errors. I had problems downloading my Schwab account. I have problems remembering details, but I just recall a great deal of frustration.

it did not prompt me to put in mortgage interest and retirement income. I had to search it out. when i tried to put in the mortgage interest, it stated that form 1098 was not ready. also did not allow entering 1095-C statement. very disappointed.

Have been using this product for several years to prepare both my taxes and my daughter's taxes. We have had everything from unemployment payments to canceled debts and Turbo Tax has always guided us in how to report our income and our losses.

Could complete them easy but had I known I would have sticked with my old online ez filing. I save 10 bucks but was a bummer as I had to start from the clean slate. But I was responsible, had I selected the old way could have competed tax with a breeze.
