Disappointed

There were a couple of mistakes in the program. They were fixed after a lot of searching the IRS instructions and working with the forms. Then, Federal electronic filing did not work after repeated trys and following TT instructions. The last instruction was the only option to file by paper. With the IRS backlog, it may take months to receive our refund. They have not even indicated they received the return. It's been 10 weeks . . .

Most confusing program of last 20 years

I had to refer to online and outside information. The flow of the program was a bit confusing, especially the Annuity questions and qualified business questions regarding property mgmt. Also the max refund at the end should probably read "cumulative refund" as I chose to debit an amount owed for federal... not pay if from my state return. All good though...the import helps greatly.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
