Use the Online Platform

I purchased the software this year, vs filing through the online platform & it was terrible. SO MUCH MORE WORK! I hadn't had any issues until I made the switch. I'll be using the online software next year - so much more user friendly.

Experience was pleasant. Evolving tax law and IRS Regs a real pain; Turbo Tax takes all that away. Surprising the Federal Government would allow something this simple to work.

Pre-paid for state and had to pay again

We've been using TurboTax for several years now. This is the second time we've bought a package that was supposed to include the state e-file, but when we go to file, TurboTax charges us again. We love the program, but don't love paying twice.

Excellent software as usual

This year I did some consulting work and had to fill out a new form, Schedule C. I had a problem and somehow created two Schedule C's. Worked with the tech support and they were able to figure out the problem.
