I paid to file, dont know how to get that monies back. issue after issue this year and usually i dont have any. Probably last year using it.

Time to Change Companies

For the second year in a row I was being charged to file a state return. Yes, I live in one state and was filing in another, but in any case it was ONLY ONE STATE.
AND.....when I tried to pay your outrageous $25 fee to efile for that state it wouldn't accept ANY of my credit cards, not even my Gold American Express. This sucks I think I will use another product next year.

Over the years, have had increasing issues

Over the years have had increasing issues with TurboTax. This year, using my previous AGI from 2020 tax file, my file was rejected for a mismatch (that TT furnished). Have yet to find an address to mail my taxes to. Great Frustration!

TurboTax makes tax filing a breeze! You just follow the prompts. They ask all the appropriate questions in the interview process. Can't wait for our refund!

Good, but a couple of comments

I've used Turbo Tax for about 20 years and find it very useful, educational. It has found deductions that i was not aware of. But two things - one, I got stuck in a 'loop' on the Michigan Income Tax where it wanted to force me to outline income by quarter. I could not back out of that loop. Second, there was no warning that there would be a $25 fee to file my 'free State' return. First time I used eFile -- and the last time.
